14-day returnsRequest your return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories.
Free size exchange — Canada & USAOne eligible size exchange per order within 14 days of delivery. MAISON MENACE covers both return shipping and shipping the replacement size. Outside Canada and the USA, customers pay both shipping costs. Additional size exchanges are not covered by the free-shipping offer.
Returns for a refundCustomers pay return shipping. Arrange tracked shipping yourself, or request a prepaid label. We confirm the label cost before purchasing it and deduct the agreed cost from your refund. This deduction does not apply to the eligible free size exchange.
Refund timingAfter receipt and inspection, approved refunds go to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Bank processing may take additional time.
Final sale & exclusionsSale items cannot be refunded. Customized, personalized, or finishing-modified items, gift cards, intimate or sanitary items, and health or personal care products are non-returnable.
Defective or damaged itemsExchanges are available, and MAISON MENACE covers return shipping.
How to request a return or exchangeEmail info@maisonmenace.com with your order details and desired size for an exchange. Approval is required before sending anything back. Exchanges ship after the return is received and verified. Tracked shipping and/or insurance is strongly recommended for items over $75; retain tracking details. MAISON MENACE is not responsible for lost or untracked returns.
Gift returnsGifts marked as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient receive gift credit after receipt. Otherwise, the refund goes to the gift giver.
The Gothique hoodie is a relaxed, drop-shoulder heavyweight 100% cotton hoodie in jet black. White gothic lettering appears on the front; the back graphic pairs gothic MAISON MENACE lettering with a barcode design. Double-needle stitched shoulders, waist and cuffs, a kangaroo pocket, double-lined hood and heavyweight ribbing complete the oversized fit. Pre-shrunk and hand-treated, with a signature M+M sleeve detail.
Care: Cold wash inside out on gentle. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
