Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

• Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for all items without customizations or finishing options.

• Items with customizations, personalized text, or finished modifications are non-returnable.

• After 14 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original condition received.

• Items must include original packaging, tags, and any accessories.

• Gift items are subject to special rules (see below).

Non-returnable items include:

• Intimate or sanitary items

• Gift cards

• Health or personal care products

• Customized or personalized items

Return Process

1. Email us first at info@maisonmenace.com before sending any item back.

2. We will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

3. Do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns may be rejected.

4. For items over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Maison Menace is not responsible for lost or untracked returns.

5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns for a refund. For an eligible size exchange in Canada and the USA, Maison Menace covers one combined return shipment and one replacement shipment per order. Multiple eligible items from the same order can be included, provided they are returned together. Additional size-exchange shipments are not covered.

6. For a return for a refund, you may arrange your own tracked return shipping or request a prepaid return label from us. If you request our label, we will confirm its cost with you before purchasing it. The agreed label cost will be deducted from your refund total. This deduction does not apply to the eligible free size exchange in Canada and the USA.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you confirmation of receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• If a refund has not appeared after this time:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing may take several business days.

  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@maisonmenace.com.

Note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

• Ordered the wrong size? For orders in Canada and the USA, we cover one combined return shipment and one replacement shipment per order for an eligible size exchange requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Multiple eligible items from the same order can be included in that exchange, provided they are returned together and meet the conditions above. Additional size-exchange shipments are not covered. This free size-exchange shipping offer does not apply outside Canada and the USA.

• Customers outside Canada and the USA can also request size exchanges within 14 calendar days of delivery for eligible items that meet the conditions above. Customers are responsible for both return shipping and shipping the replacement size.

• Exchanges are also offered for defective or damaged items.

• To request an exchange, email us at info@maisonmenace.com with your order details, all items you would like to exchange, and the replacement sizes you would like.

• Once your returned items are received and verified, we will ship the replacement items.

• For eligible size exchanges in Canada and the USA, Maison Menace covers one combined return shipment and one replacement shipment per order, as described above. Maison Menace also covers return shipping for defective or damaged items. For returns for a refund, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Gifts

• Items marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be issued once the item is received.

• If the gift was not marked as such or shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Additional Notes

• Maison Menace reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.

• All returns must be filed within the 14-day period.

• Customers are encouraged to retain tracking information for their return shipments.
