Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for eligible full-price items without customizations or finishing options. Return requests must be submitted within this 14-day period. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Sale items
• Customized or personalized items
• Items with finishing modifications
• Gift cards
• Intimate or sanitary items
• Health or personal care products

How to request a return

Email info@maisonmenace.com with your order details before sending any item back.

We will provide approval, the return shipping address, and instructions. Do not send items back without approval. Unapproved returns may be rejected.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns for a refund. For an eligible size exchange in Canada and the USA, Maison Menace covers one combined return shipment and one replacement shipment per order. Multiple eligible items from the same order can be included, provided they are returned together. Additional size-exchange shipments are not covered. Customers are not responsible for return shipping when the item is defective or damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend tracked shipping and/or shipping insurance. MAISON MENACE is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments. Please retain your return tracking information.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you confirmation of receipt and notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after your return is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

If your refund has not appeared after this period, check your bank account and contact your bank or payment provider. If you still have not received your refund, email info@maisonmenace.com.

Exchanges

For orders in Canada and the USA, we cover one combined return shipment and one replacement shipment for an eligible size exchange requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Multiple eligible items from the same order can be included in that exchange, provided they are returned together and meet the conditions above. Additional size-exchange shipments are not covered. This free size-exchange shipping offer does not apply outside Canada and the USA.

Customers outside Canada and the USA can also request size exchanges within 14 calendar days of delivery for eligible items that meet the conditions above. Customers are responsible for both return shipping and shipping the replacement size.

Exchanges are also offered for defective or damaged items.

To request an exchange, email info@maisonmenace.com with your order details, all items you would like to exchange, and the replacement sizes you would like. Once the returned items are received and verified, we will ship the replacement items.

Customers are not responsible for return shipping when the item is defective or damaged.

Gift returns

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, an approved return will receive gift credit for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be issued once the return is received and approved.

If the order was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, any approved refund will be issued to the gift giver.
