Order processing

In-stock MAISON MENACE orders ship within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from the time your parcel spends in transit.

Pre-order, customized, or personalized items may have different processing times. Please refer to the information provided on the product listing or at the time of purchase.

Shipping destinations and rates

Available shipping destinations, services, and charges are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order. Any applicable free-shipping offer will be reflected at checkout.

Delivery timing

Delivery time varies by destination, carrier, and shipping service. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, customs processing, public holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Selecting an express shipping service does not change our order-processing time unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Tracking

For tracked shipping services, please use the tracking details provided with your shipment to follow its progress. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a parcel is handed to the carrier.

International duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance fees. Please review any duties and taxes shown at checkout. Charges not collected at checkout may be requested by the carrier or customs authority before delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about your destination.

Delivery address and order changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error or need to request a change, email info@maisonmenace.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing, or damaged parcels

If your shipment is delayed, appears to be missing, or arrives damaged, contact info@maisonmenace.com with your order number and relevant tracking details. For damaged parcels, please retain the packaging and include photographs of the parcel and item so we can help investigate.

Return eligibility and return-shipping terms are explained in our Refund Policy. Please contact us for return approval before sending an item back.
