In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days.

Delivery timing varies by destination and shipping service. Available services and charges are shown at checkout.

For orders in Canada and the USA, we cover one combined return shipment and one replacement shipment per order for an eligible size exchange requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Multiple eligible items from the same order can be included in that exchange, provided they are returned together and meet our return conditions. Additional size-exchange shipments are not covered. Outside Canada and the USA, customers can request eligible size exchanges within 14 calendar days of delivery but are responsible for shipping both ways. Email info@maisonmenace.com with your order details, all items you would like to exchange, and the replacement sizes you would like. Please wait for approval and instructions before sending anything back. Once returned items are received and verified, we will ship the replacement items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you confirmation of receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Items with customizations, personalized text, or finished modifications are non-returnable.

Exchanges are also offered for defective or damaged items. Maison Menace covers return shipping for defective or damaged items. Email info@maisonmenace.com with your order details.

Check your bank account. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing may take several business days. If you still haven’t received your refund, email info@maisonmenace.com.

Our return policy lasts 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for all items without customizations or finishing options. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original condition received, with original packaging, tags, and any accessories. All returns must be filed within the 14-day period.

Email us first at info@maisonmenace.com before sending any item back. We will provide the return shipping address and instructions. Do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns may be rejected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns for a refund. You may arrange your own tracked return shipping or request a prepaid return label from us. If you request our label, we will confirm its cost with you before purchasing it, and the agreed cost will be deducted from your refund. For an eligible size exchange in Canada and the USA, we cover one combined return shipment and one replacement shipment per order; multiple eligible items can be included if returned together. Additional size-exchange shipments are not covered. The return-label deduction does not apply to this eligible free size exchange. Customers are not responsible for return shipping when an item is defective or damaged.

“Designed in Canada” describes where the design work took place; it does not by itself identify where the garment was manufactured. “Hand-finished in Canada” describes a finishing stage, which may be separate from fabric production, cutting, and sewing. For a clearer picture, check the garment’s country-of-origin label and the product’s manufacturing information rather than treating these descriptions as interchangeable.

Follow the garment’s care label first. Where the label permits machine washing, turning printed clothing inside out and using a gentle cycle can help reduce rubbing against the design. Avoid stretching the garment when wet, and use the drying method specified on the label. Do not assume every cotton garment or print can tolerate the same heat or cleaning products.

Check the body’s full fabric composition, the sleeve and trim materials, the lining, and the care instructions. A wool description may refer to a blend rather than pure wool. Compare garment measurements with a jacket you own, particularly if you plan to layer underneath. Check whether specialist cleaning is required before deciding whether it suits your routine.

Choose enough room to fasten the jacket comfortably and move your arms without pulling across the shoulders or chest. Compare its measurements with a jacket you already wear over a similar hoodie. Check the sleeves and upper arms too, as a roomy chest alone does not guarantee comfortable layering. Follow the size guide’s measurement method.

GSM means grams per square metre. A 400 GSM fabric weighs 400 grams per square metre; it does not mean the finished hoodie weighs 400 grams. It indicates a substantial fabric weight, but warmth and feel also depend on the composition, inner surface, construction, and fit.

Look for information about fabric density, thickness, and fit, along with photos in different lighting. Fabric weight can be helpful, but it does not guarantee opacity. A close fit can stretch the fabric and affect coverage. If the product description does not address opacity, ask for a photo or more detail before ordering.

Lay a T-shirt you like flat without stretching it. Measure across the chest from underarm to underarm and measure the body length using the same starting points shown in the size guide. Compare those figures with the product’s garment measurements. Check whether the guide lists flat widths, full circumferences, or body measurements, as these are not interchangeable.
